How to Pay with Crypto
Never paid with cryptocurrency before? This guide walks you through the process step by step, from placing your order to sending the payment.
You do not need to be a crypto expert. If you are starting from scratch, you can use an app such as Cash App, Coinbase or PayPal to purchase supported cryptocurrency and send it to the payment address shown for your order.
How Crypto Payment Works
The basic process is the same whichever app or wallet you use. Your order's payment page provides the information you need to complete the transaction.
Add your products to the cart and proceed through checkout.
Select an available cryptocurrency payment option for your order.
Open the payment page for your order to see the required amount and payment address.
Use your crypto app or wallet to send the requested cryptocurrency.
After the transaction is detected and processed, the payment status for your order will update.
Find Your Crypto Payment Details
After placing your order, open your account and go to My Orders. Open the cryptocurrency payment option for the order you want to pay.
Your payment page will show the cryptocurrency required, the amount to send and the destination wallet address.
Log in Open your Kalpa Pharmaceuticals account.
Open My Orders Find the order you want to pay.
Open Crypto Payment View the payment details generated for your order.

Pay with Bitcoin Using Cash App
If you already use Cash App and Bitcoin features are available for your account, you can purchase Bitcoin and send it to the Bitcoin address displayed on your Kalpa payment page.
Set Up Bitcoin in Cash App
Open Cash App and access the Bitcoin section. If this is your first time using Bitcoin, Cash App may require you to complete identity verification before you can buy or send BTC.
Buy Bitcoin
Choose the option to buy Bitcoin and enter the amount you want to purchase. Review the purchase details and confirm the transaction.
Remember that sending Bitcoin may involve fees. Your available BTC should be sufficient for the requested payment and any applicable fee.
Open Your Kalpa Payment Page
Return to your Kalpa Pharmaceuticals order and open its crypto payment page. Copy the Bitcoin address displayed there and note the exact BTC amount requested.
Send Bitcoin from Cash App
Return to the Bitcoin section in Cash App and choose the option to send Bitcoin. Paste the Bitcoin address from your Kalpa payment page or scan the payment QR code if one is provided.
Enter the requested amount and carefully compare the address and amount before continuing.
Review and Confirm
Review the transaction details one final time and confirm the transfer. After the Bitcoin transaction is detected and processed, your order payment status will update.
Coinbase & PayPal
Cash App is not your only option. If you already use Coinbase or PayPal and external crypto transfers are available for your account, you can use either service to send a supported cryptocurrency to your order's payment address.

Set up your account. Create or sign in to Coinbase and complete any required verification.

Buy the required cryptocurrency. Purchase the cryptocurrency shown on your Kalpa payment page.

Copy your payment details. Open your Kalpa order and copy its payment address and requested amount.

Choose Send in Coinbase. Select the correct cryptocurrency and enter the payment address and amount.

Review and confirm. Verify the destination, cryptocurrency, network when applicable, and amount before sending.

Open your crypto balance. Sign in to PayPal and open the cryptocurrency section of your account.

Buy the required cryptocurrency. Purchase the supported cryptocurrency required for your Kalpa order.

Transfer to an external wallet. Choose the option to send crypto and enter the payment address from your Kalpa order.

Crypto Payment FAQ
I've never used cryptocurrency before. Can I still pay with crypto?
Yes. You can use a supported service such as Cash App, Coinbase or PayPal to purchase cryptocurrency and send it to the payment address shown for your order. If you are new to crypto, follow the Cash App guide above from the beginning.
Where do I find the crypto address for my order?
Log in to your Kalpa Pharmaceuticals account, open My Orders and open the cryptocurrency payment option for the relevant order. The payment page will display the payment details for that order.
Can I send a different cryptocurrency?
No. Send only the cryptocurrency requested on the payment page. Do not send a different asset to an address intended for another cryptocurrency.
Can I reuse a crypto payment address later?
Use the payment details generated for your current order and payment session. If a payment session has expired, reopen or refresh the payment page rather than sending funds using old payment details.
Are crypto payments instant?
Not always. Cryptocurrency transactions need to be transmitted and processed by the relevant blockchain network. Processing time can vary depending on the cryptocurrency, network conditions and other factors.
Can a cryptocurrency payment be reversed?
Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed after they have been sent. Always check the cryptocurrency, payment address, network when applicable, and amount before confirming a transfer.
Does the 20% crypto discount apply to sale products?
No. The 20% crypto discount applies to eligible regular-priced products. Sale products are excluded, and promotional discounts cannot be combined.
