Dianoxyl 10 mg is an oral methandienone tablet manufactured by Kalpa Pharmaceuticals and dosed at 10 mg per tablet, supplied in packs of 100 tablets.
Dianoxyl 10 mg contains methandienone, also known as methandrostenolone or Dianabol, a 17-alpha-alkylated oral anabolic-androgenic steroid. Methandienone was first developed in the 1950s and became one of the most widely used anabolic steroids in both clinical and athletic settings before its approval was withdrawn in the United States. Its potent oral bioavailability and strong anabolic effects have made it a commonly referenced compound in non-medical bodybuilding contexts.
In clinical practice, methandienone was historically accepted by the FDA as “probably effective” for treating post-menopausal osteoporosis and pituitary-deficient dwarfism, though it is no longer approved for human use in the United States. In bodybuilding and performance-enhancement settings, methandienone is commonly used during bulking phases for rapid gains in mass, strength, and appetite, though such use falls outside approved medical indications.
Methandienone supports muscle protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, and recovery. As a 17-alpha-alkylated compound, it is associated with hepatotoxicity and requires cautious use and monitoring in any context. Non-medical use at supraphysiologic doses increases the potential for adverse effects.
Dianoxyl 10 mg is supplied as an oral compressed tablet containing 10 mg of methandienone per unit, packaged in a 100-tablet format by Kalpa Pharmaceuticals.
Methandienone is a potent oral anabolic steroid characterized by strong anabolic activity, oral bioavailability, and a relatively short half-life. Its profile differs significantly from injectable compounds and other oral anabolics.
Methandienone is a 17-alpha-alkylated compound, which allows it to survive first-pass metabolism in the liver and remain orally active. This structural modification is also responsible for its classification as a hepatotoxic compound, requiring periodic liver function monitoring during any use.
The compound has strong anabolic effects, promoting nitrogen retention and protein synthesis. It is aromatizable, meaning it can convert to estrogen, which contributes to water retention and potential estrogenic side effects in susceptible individuals.
Methandienone was banned by the FDA under the Controlled Substances Act and is regulated as a Schedule III compound in the United States. Its use in athletics is prohibited by major anti-doping organizations.
Methandienone has a relatively short half-life of approximately 4.5–6 hours, requiring multiple daily administrations to maintain stable blood levels in non-medical contexts. Effects on strength and mass are often reported to appear quickly, sometimes within the first two weeks of use.
Kalpa Pharmaceuticals offers several oral anabolic preparations with different compounds, potencies, and intended profiles. The main distinctions involve hepatotoxicity, aromatization potential, and anabolic-to-androgenic ratios.
For those comparing oral bulking options, Anadroxyl (oxymetholone) is another potent oral anabolic commonly referenced for mass gain. Unlike methandienone, oxymetholone is not aromatizable but is generally considered more hepatotoxic. For cutting or leaner gains, Stanoxyl 10 (stanozolol) is a non-aromatizing oral alternative, though it is also 17-alpha-alkylated.
The information below is provided for educational reference only. Methandienone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the United States; medical use requires appropriate diagnosis, clinical supervision, and ongoing monitoring. Non-medical use falls outside approved indications.
In clinical studies of methandienone for athletic performance, daily doses of 10–25 mg per day were used in controlled trials, with side effects causing some participants to withdraw. In non-medical bodybuilding contexts, methandienone is commonly referenced in the range of 20–50 mg per day, though such use falls outside approved medical indications and carries significant hepatotoxic risk.
| Use Case | Common Reference Range | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Clinical trial (performance) | 10–25 mg per day | Divided doses |
| Bodybuilding (non-medical) | 20–50 mg per day | Divided doses (2–4x daily) |
| Beginner (non-medical reference) | 20–30 mg per day | Divided doses |
| Experienced (non-medical reference) | 40–50 mg per day | Divided doses |
In non-medical bodybuilding contexts, methandienone is commonly used as a kickstarter at the beginning of a bulking cycle, allowing strength and mass gains to begin while longer-acting injectable compounds reach steady blood levels. It is frequently stacked with injectable testosterone preparations, though such combinations increase the total androgenic load and hepatotoxic stress.
Cycle duration in non-medical use is typically limited to 4–6 weeks due to the compound's 17-alpha-alkylated structure and associated liver stress. Bloodwork and liver function monitoring are strongly advised if any use occurs.
Methandienone is associated with significant side effects including hepatotoxicity, elevated blood pressure, water retention, and estrogenic effects such as gynecomastia. Aromatase inhibitors such as Arimixyl 1 mg (anastrozole) are sometimes referenced in non-medical contexts to manage estrogenic symptoms.
Blood pressure, liver enzymes, and hematocrit should be monitored during any use. Cardiovascular and hepatic risks are significant at supraphysiologic doses.
After any non-medical cycle involving methandienone, post-cycle therapy is commonly recommended to support recovery of endogenous testosterone production. Selective estrogen receptor modulators such as Clomixyl 50 mg (clomiphene) or Nolvaxyl 20 mg (tamoxifen) are commonly referenced for this purpose in bodybuilding contexts.
PCT protocols vary based on cycle length, compounds used, and individual response. Bloodwork can help inform recovery strategy.
Dosing strategies and support protocols should be adjusted based on experience level, health status, and bloodwork where possible. The information above is for educational reference and does not constitute medical advice.
Methandienone is a controlled anabolic steroid with significant hepatic, cardiovascular, and endocrine effects. Medical use requires appropriate diagnosis, clinical supervision, and ongoing monitoring.
Methandienone was withdrawn from the U.S. market after the FDA determined it lacked substantial evidence of efficacy for its approved indications. It is now regulated as a Schedule III controlled substance under the Controlled Substances Act.
Non-medical use of methandienone at supraphysiologic doses falls outside approved indications and can substantially increase exposure to hepatotoxic, cardiovascular, and androgenic adverse effects.
Methandienone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the United States. Non-medical use is associated with serious health risks, including liver injury, cardiovascular events, and hormonal suppression.
Hepatotoxicity is a primary concern with methandienone. As a 17-alpha-alkylated compound, it is associated with elevated liver enzymes, cholestatic jaundice, and other hepatic complications. Liver function tests should be monitored periodically during any use.
Cardiovascular effects include decreased HDL cholesterol, increased LDL cholesterol, and elevated blood pressure. These changes are associated with increased atherosclerosis risk.
Androgenic effects may include acne, oily skin, and suppression of endogenous testosterone production. Estrogenic effects such as gynecomastia and water retention are also commonly reported because methandienone is aromatizable.
In controlled clinical trials, methandienone caused side effects significant enough that some participants withdrew from the study.
Methandienone is contraindicated in men with known or suspected prostate or breast cancer, in women who are or may become pregnant, and in patients with severe hepatic dysfunction.
Pre-existing cardiovascular disease, liver disease, diabetes, and prostate conditions require careful evaluation before any consideration of methandienone use. Women should be monitored for signs of virilization.
Medically supervised methandienone therapy would typically involve periodic liver function tests, hemoglobin and hematocrit monitoring, serum lipid evaluation, and assessment of hormonal status. Blood pressure and glucose tolerance should also be monitored.
Any use of methandienone should be accompanied by appropriate monitoring and medical supervision where possible.

Answers to common questions about Dianoxyl 10 mg, methandienone, dosing, side effects, and product specifications.
Dianoxyl 10 mg contains methandienone, which was historically accepted by the FDA as “probably effective” for treating post-menopausal osteoporosis and pituitary-deficient dwarfism, though it is no longer approved for human use in the United States. In non-medical bodybuilding contexts, methandienone is commonly referenced for rapid mass and strength gains during bulking phases, though such use falls outside approved medical indications.
Because methandienone has a short half-life of approximately 4.5–6 hours, non-medical use often involves splitting the daily dose into two to four administrations to maintain more stable blood levels. In clinical trials, methandienone was administered at 10–25 mg per day in divided doses.
Methandienone suppresses endogenous testosterone production, so in non-medical bodybuilding contexts, post-cycle therapy is commonly recommended after any cycle involving this compound. Agents such as Clomixyl 50 mg or Nolvaxyl 20 mg are commonly referenced for this purpose.
Methandienone is an anabolic steroid that promotes nitrogen retention and protein synthesis, contributing to increased muscle mass and strength. In clinical trials, it significantly improved athletic performance in weightlifters, though body weight gains appeared associated with water retention. Non-medical use for bodybuilding falls outside approved indications.
In controlled trials, methandienone's effects on performance were measurable over the study period, with significant improvements observed compared to placebo. In non-medical bodybuilding contexts, users often report noticeable strength and weight gains within the first two weeks, though individual response varies.
There is no single oral steroid that is universally best. Methandienone is among the most potent oral anabolics for mass and strength, but it is also associated with significant hepatotoxicity and side effects. Other orals such as Anadroxyl and Stanoxyl 10 have different potency, side effect, and aromatization profiles. The appropriate compound depends on individual goals and risk tolerance.
Both methandienone and oxymetholone are potent 17-alpha-alkylated oral anabolic steroids commonly referenced for bulking. Methandienone is aromatizable, meaning it converts to estrogen and can cause estrogenic side effects through that pathway. Oxymetholone is not directly aromatized but is generally considered more hepatotoxic.
Methandienone and stanozolol are both oral 17-alpha-alkylated anabolic steroids, but they have different profiles. Methandienone is primarily used for bulking and mass gain, with significant water retention because it aromatizes. Stanozolol is more commonly referenced for cutting phases, as it does not aromatize and is associated with leaner, drier gains.
In clinical trials, methandienone was administered at 10–25 mg per day, with 10 mg representing the lower end of the studied range. In non-medical bodybuilding contexts, 10 mg per day would be considered a low dose, with common reference ranges starting at 20 mg per day. Even at lower doses, methandienone carries hepatotoxic risk.
Dianoxyl 10 mg is labeled at 10 mg of methandienone per tablet. It is supplied in packs of 100 tablets, giving 1,000 mg of total labeled methandienone content per pack.
Yes, methandienone and its metabolites are detectable in urine drug tests. The primary urinary metabolites are detectable for up to 4 days after use, and a hydroxymethyl metabolite can be found in urine for up to 19 days after a single 5 mg oral dose. Methods for detection typically involve gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
Laboratory testing information for Dianoxyl 10 mg is not currently available in this product listing. Kalpa Pharmaceuticals products are manufactured under pharmaceutical-grade conditions, but independent lab reports are not published for this specific product at this time.
The quality of the Dianoxyl was as good as usual.
The Dianoxyl was used by myself for roughly 6 weeks, each day I was using 40mg. The pump I had with this was crazy, very good clean product
I used the dbol for 2 weeks started low 10mg n bumped to 30 but found 20mg to be my sweet spot didn't need to go any higher in fact with 10mg I felt great n the pumps were amazing helped deliver a boost in euphoria n strength muscles would feel gorged n pumped quickly n my stamina didn't suffer
Great product n good t/a I would definitely continue to try their other selections
Dbol has been very promising, I'm on week 3 at 50mgs daily going for another week and calling it good. DBOL right now has given me some nice strength in the gym, plates are going up in weights, heavier sets as I'm bulking now earlier into the late spring season. I do feel more bloated than usual but of course I'm on Dbol, it's common.
