Important Safety Information
CY3 is not approved by the FDA for human use. Clenbuterol is restricted to veterinary use in the United States. Liothyronine is FDA-approved for hypothyroidism and certain thyroid conditions but is not indicated for weight loss. Yohimbine is available as a prescription drug for erectile dysfunction but is not approved for fat loss. The combination of these three substances has not been studied, and their simultaneous use may compound cardiovascular and metabolic risks.
Important
Non-Medical Use
CY3 has no approved human indication as a combination product. Non-medical use falls outside approved indications and carries significant health risks including cardiac arrhythmias, myocardial injury, and endocrine disruption. Product strength and laboratory verification do not establish safety for human consumption.
Potential Adverse Effects
Cardiovascular effects: Clenbuterol has been associated with supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, and cardiomyopathy. A case report documented ST-elevation myocardial infarction in a young athlete using clenbuterol at 120–180 mcg daily. Liothyronine at supraphysiologic doses can cause increased heart rate, cardiac wall thickness, angina, and arrhythmias. Yohimbine can increase blood pressure and heart rate and has been linked to serious cardiovascular events in case reports. The combination of these cardiovascular effects is a major safety concern.
Metabolic and endocrine effects: Liothyronine over-replacement can cause hyperthyroidism symptoms, accelerate bone mineral density loss, and worsen glycemic control in diabetic patients.
Neurological and psychiatric effects: Yohimbine commonly causes anxiety and nervousness, and can cause increased blood pressure and gastrointestinal symptoms.
Drug interactions: Yohimbine potently inhibits CYP2D6 and interacts with multiple medications, potentially increasing the risk of adverse effects when combined with other drugs.
Conditions Requiring Medical Evaluation
Given the compounded cardiovascular risks, individuals with pre-existing heart conditions, hypertension, arrhythmias, or thyroid disorders are at heightened risk. Yohimbine should be avoided during pregnancy and lactation. Liothyronine is contraindicated in patients with uncorrected adrenal insufficiency. Any consideration of CY3 exposure warrants comprehensive medical evaluation including cardiac assessment, thyroid function, blood pressure, and electrolyte monitoring.
Monitoring During Therapy
There is no established monitoring protocol for non-medical CY3 use. For any human exposure, cardiac function, blood pressure, heart rate, thyroid function, and general health status should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional. No safe monitoring parameters have been established for this combination because human safety data is absent.
