Important Safety Information
Methyltrienolone was never approved for medical use and has no established human safety profile. It is a 17-alpha-alkylated steroid, a structural class associated with significant hepatotoxicity. One study from 1966 concluded that methyltrienolone was "the most hepatotoxic steroid" tested at that time, causing biochemical symptoms of intrahepatic cholestasis at doses between 0.1 and 1.0 mg per day.
Important
Non-Medical Use
Methyltrienolone has no approved human indication. Non-medical use falls outside approved indications and carries significant health risks including severe hepatotoxicity, cardiovascular strain, and endocrine suppression. Product strength and laboratory verification do not establish safety for human consumption.
Potential Adverse Effects
Hepatotoxicity: Methyltrienolone is considered one of the most hepatotoxic steroids available. Cholestatic jaundice, elevated liver enzymes, and in rare cases hepatic neoplasms have been reported with this class of compounds.
Cardiovascular effects: Methyltrienolone can decrease HDL cholesterol and increase LDL cholesterol, potentially accelerating atherosclerosis. Blood pressure elevation is also possible.
Androgenic effects: Acne, accelerated male-pattern hair loss, and increased body hair growth are possible. In women, virilization signs including voice deepening, hirsutism, and clitoromegaly may occur and can be irreversible.
Endocrine suppression: Methyltrienolone suppresses endogenous testosterone production, leading to lethargy, reduced libido, testicular atrophy, and potential fertility impairment. It can also raise prolactin levels.
Neurotoxicity: Some sources suggest methyltrienolone may carry neurotoxic effects that are more pronounced than trenbolone.
Conditions Requiring Medical Evaluation
Given the severity of potential adverse effects, any consideration of methyltrienolone exposure warrants comprehensive medical evaluation including liver function tests, lipid panel, blood pressure assessment, and hormonal evaluation. Individuals with pre-existing liver disease, cardiovascular disease, or psychiatric conditions are at heightened risk.
Monitoring During Therapy
There is no established monitoring protocol for non-medical methyltrienolone use. For any human exposure, liver function tests, lipid panel, blood pressure, and hormonal status should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional.
