Important Safety Information
Anabolic steroids have not been shown to enhance athletic ability. Oxandrolone is regulated as a Schedule III controlled substance in the United States.
Non-medical use of oxandrolone at supraphysiologic doses falls outside approved indications and can increase exposure to hepatotoxic, cardiovascular, and androgenic adverse effects.
Important
Non-Medical Use
Oxandrolone is a Schedule III controlled substance in the United States. Non-medical use is associated with serious health risks, including liver injury, cardiovascular events, and hormonal suppression.
Potential Adverse Effects
Hepatotoxicity is a concern with oxandrolone. Because of the hepatotoxicity associated with 17-alpha-alkylated androgens, liver function tests should be obtained periodically. Cholestatic hepatitis and jaundice may occur.
Cardiovascular effects include decreased HDL cholesterol and increased LDL cholesterol. Caution is required in patients with a history of cardiovascular disease, and serum lipid levels should be monitored.
Androgenic effects may include acne, oily skin, and suppression of endogenous testosterone production. In women, virilization signs such as voice deepening and clitoromegaly may occur and can be irreversible.
Oxandrolone may interact with anticoagulants such as warfarin. A multidose study resulted in a mean increase in S-warfarin half-life from 26 to 48 hours, and a 5.5-fold decrease in mean warfarin dose was necessary to maintain target INR.
Conditions Requiring Medical Evaluation
Oxandrolone is contraindicated in men with known or suspected prostate or breast cancer, in women who are or may become pregnant, and in patients with hypercalcemia or nephrosis.
Pre-existing cardiovascular disease, liver disease, diabetes, and prostate conditions require careful evaluation before any consideration of oxandrolone use. In children, androgen therapy may accelerate bone maturation and compromise adult height.
Monitoring During Therapy
Medically supervised oxandrolone therapy typically involves periodic liver function tests, lipid profile assessment, hemoglobin and hematocrit monitoring, and evaluation of hormonal status.
Any use of oxandrolone should be accompanied by appropriate monitoring and medical supervision where possible.
Product Care

The Oxandroxyl was great. Good pumps and helped maintain muscle mass whilst shredding 31lbs alongside clenbuterol cycle. Clomixyl was not really necessary but ran a short PCT as a standard practice.
I like the payment method as compared to other sites I have used in the past. It's a great site and I will continue to use as I have had NO issues with these guys. Great service all round
