Important Safety Information
Boldenone undecylenate is a veterinary anabolic steroid that is not approved for human use. The FDA has not approved boldenone for any human medical indication. In the United States and many other countries, it is classified as a controlled substance.
Anabolic steroids suppress the body’s own testosterone production and can affect fertility and endogenous hormone balance. Boldenone has been associated with significant hematologic changes that require monitoring.
Important
Non-Medical Use
Higher-than-physiologic exposure to anabolic steroids can carry additional health risks. Product concentration and laboratory verification do not establish that non-medical use is safe or appropriate for an individual. Boldenone is not approved for human use, and obtaining it without a prescription is illegal.
Potential Adverse Effects
The primary and most clinically significant side effect of boldenone is increased hematocrit and red blood cell count, which is more pronounced than with most other anabolic steroids. Elevated hematocrit increases blood viscosity and can lead to hypertension, headaches, dizziness, and increased cardiovascular risk. Cases of stroke and deep vein thrombosis have been reported in association with anabolic steroid use.
Boldenone is associated with anxiety and restlessness, particularly at higher doses or in anxiety-prone individuals. Increased appetite is a commonly reported effect. Other potential effects include acne, oily skin, mild hair thinning in genetically predisposed individuals, and suppression of endogenous testosterone production.
Blood lipid changes associated with increased atherosclerosis risk are seen with anabolic steroid use, including decreased high-density lipoprotein and sometimes increased low-density lipoprotein.
Conditions Requiring Medical Evaluation
Boldenone use is contraindicated in individuals with polycythemia or elevated hematocrit above 50% at baseline, cardiovascular disease or history of thromboembolic events, hepatic impairment, and pre-existing anxiety disorders.
Existing cardiovascular disease, abnormal blood counts, and other medical conditions should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional before any consideration of use.
Monitoring During Use
Hematocrit and red blood cell count should be monitored regularly during boldenone use, with the first check recommended around week 6–8. Blood pressure, lipid profile, and liver function should also be assessed periodically.
Laboratory testing of the product itself is separate from clinical monitoring of the person using the product. Product testing does not assess individual health status or suitability for use.
